Microphone Access

Tunify requires access to your device's microphone solely to detect the pitch of sounds in real time. Audio from the microphone is:

• Processed entirely on your device using Apple's Accelerate framework
• Never recorded, stored, or saved to disk
• Never transmitted to any server or third party
• Discarded immediately after each pitch analysis frame

You can revoke microphone access at any time through your device's Settings app.

Local Storage

Tunify stores your preferences (such as selected instrument, tuning, tuner mode, and appearance settings) locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not accessible to us or any third party
• Is removed when you delete the app

Third-Party Services

Tunify does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. The app operates entirely offline.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any information with third parties, because we do not collect any information in the first place.

Children's Privacy

Tunify does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.
